Fairus has played a pivotal role in shaping Verdenetworks Solutions into a trusted name in the delivery of end-to-end enterprise infrastructure and network solutions. His deep understanding of project lifecycle management, combined with his ability to lead high-performing teams, has led to the successful completion of more than 36 major projects valued at RM17.2 million.

Prior to joining Verdenetworks Solutions, Fairus held leadership positions in industry giants such as Petronas ICT, Alcatel-Lucent, and Silver Ridge Berhad, where he led large-scale, high impact projects across Malaysia and the Middle East. His core expertise includes network transformation, 3G/LTE deployment, NGN Migration, FTTH, Metro-E, and broadband infrastructure.

A graduate in Electronics Engineering (Computer Major) from Multimedia University Malaysia, Fairusis currently pursuing PMP certification and is ITIL Foundation certified—demonstrating his commitment to continuous improvement and industry best practices.
